Amenity is not open yet. Right now this site does exactly one thing: it takes waitlist signups. This page describes that, and nothing more, because nothing more is happening.
What we collect
Only what you type into the waitlist form:
- Your email address
- Your city
- Your building’s name or address
- Whether you’re a resident, a manager, or on a strata or board
We also record the date you signed up. We do not use analytics, advertising trackers, or third-party cookies on this site, and we do not build a profile of you.
Why we collect it
To email you when Amenity reaches your building, and to work out which buildings and cities to open in first. Your building address is the whole point — Amenity is organised around buildings, so we need to know which one you’re in.
Where it goes
Signups are stored in our database, hosted by Supabase in Canada (Montréal region). The confirmation email is sent through Resend. Those two companies process this data on our behalf and for no other purpose.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone else — including the manager or strata of the building you name.
How long we keep it
Until Amenity launches in your area and you either join or tell us you’re not interested, or until you ask us to delete it — whichever comes first.
Getting your data removed
Email hello@amenitysocial.com from the address you signed up with and we’ll delete your entry. You don’t need to give a reason, and we’ll confirm when it’s done.
Changes
If we start doing something new with this data — analytics, for instance — we’ll update this page and change the date at the top before we do it, not after.
